Orders placed online

Online orders ship only to addresses in the lower 48 states. The price of a fan you buy online includes standard freight. Residential delivery, lift gate service and inside delivery cost extra, and must be arranged when you place the order. To arrange them, call us at (888) 864-4344 or email fans@bigfanman.com.

Quoted orders

Freight on quoted orders is F.O.B. shipping point, with a $60 minimum on truck delivery. Residential delivery, lift gate service and inside delivery cost extra, and must be arranged when you place the order.

Truck delivery

Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight.

Delivery times

Transit time is 3 to 8 business days by UPS ground and 3 to 8 business days by truck. We confirm lead time when you place your order.

Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier.

Damaged shipments

Inspect every shipment before you sign for it, and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Freight damage claims follow NMFC (National Motor Freight Classification) rules. If a shipment arrives damaged, call us at (888) 864-4344 or email fans@bigfanman.com.
