Big Fan Man is a brand of Indventech, LLC.

Stock fans

You can return a stock fan within 30 days of delivery if it is unopened and in its original packaging. Call us at (888) 864-4344 or email fans@bigfanman.com before shipping anything back, so we can authorize the return and tell you where to send it.

Returns carry a 25% restocking fee, and the customer pays the return freight. Once the fan arrives back in the condition above, we refund the purchase price less the restocking fee.

Special orders and custom builds

Special orders and custom builds are made to order and cannot be returned.

Damaged shipments
